Ferrite rings are easy to use and very popular as filtering methods, they help prohibit interference to and from devices, both RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) and EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) interference. Unlike other filtering applications, it needs grounding, correspondingly no particular need for structural and circuit board design.
