Managing Director
Mike is the heartbeat of Modern Magnets. Dedicated to client service and operational excellence, he’s always looking for ways to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Hands-on and passionate, Mike works closely with the team to ensure every product and every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality. Together with Chelsea, he took over Modern Magnets in February 2025, steering it into a new era of innovation and service.

Chelsea is the glue that holds our operations together. With a sharp eye for organization and a flair for marketing, she keeps the business running efficiently while ensuring Modern Magnets shines online. From Google searches to Instagram feeds, Chelsea is the creative mind behind our digital presence. Alongside Mike, she’s driving the business forward, streamlining processes and building a seamless experience for every client.

Administration
Lorraine keeps Modern Magnets running like clockwork. She’s friendly, efficient, and the first point of contact for our customers. From managing orders and preparing admin reports to handling bookkeeping and import/export compliance, Lorraine does it all with a smile. She’s our behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps everything moving smoothly.

Warehouse & Stock Controller
Shepard starts his day with a cup of coffee and a big smile. With years of experience handling magnets (some of which require serious skill and care), he ensures our stockroom is organized and our products are packed perfectly. He’s the expert behind our magnetic reflective tape and the go-to for all things magnet-related. Reliable, knowledgeable, and indispensable.
